The Forum has a playroom where our friendly staff can carefully watch and
entertain your child while you are working out. Upon your first visit to
the Children's Room, our staff will provide you with a fee schedule and a
complete list of rules & regulations.

Friday
8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Saturday
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday
2:00 pm - 5:30 pm
