Group Fitness Class Descriptions Abs Express- Not your ordinary abs class. Abs Express focuses on function as you strengthen your entire core. This class is a true challenge that delivers results. BODYPUMP- A strength endurance class hailed as the fastest way in the universe to get in shape. Low in complexity but high in fun BODYPUMP is the class where muscle and music collide. BODYFLOW- A revolutionary mind-body training class. It incorporates tai chi, pilates and yoga programming into on class to improve balance, flexibility, core strength, and relaxation. The result is a unique and seamless experience that draws you into mental and physical balance. Zumba- Fast pace dance inspired cardio workout that combines high/low impact moves with salsa rhythms. Brick- This is a training technique used by triathletes to train the muscles to transition from cycling to running. This class is designed for beginner to advanced using interval training to transition from the spinning bikes to track (running or walking). Easy Does It - Low impact chore0graphed class designed for the senior or beginner member. Easy moves are combined with a slow tempo, this classic cardio class incorporates strength, flexibility, and endurance. Cardio-Step - Pure sweat and fun for the intermediate to advanced step participant. Cruise to the tempo of energizing with instructors who love it.
Virtual Spin- This class uses a big screen projector taking you on a ride through areas like the Rockies. You will get a workout with great scenery. A.T.P.-Aged To Perfection- Cross training for the beginner 55 or older. Each person works individually under the guidance of a personal trainer. This class is held in the cardiotheatre area utilizing treadmills, elypticals, bikes, and circuit machines. Cardio/Turbo Kickbox - High intensity cardio and boxing techniques that will definitely pack a punch. You will have a great time working up a sweat. Runnervals- Monday class will be done indoors utilizing treadmills to do speed work or hill repeats to improve fitness levels, boost metabolism and increase your race pace. Friday classes will be done outside or on indoor track to increase aerobic base or endurance by emphasizing slower longer runs. Pilates 101- Beginners Pilates class where exercises are done as whole body/mind events while focusing on core strength and the six principles of Pilates. Polar Swim-
