Interested in an alternative to one-on-one personal training? This is an affordable way to get the results you want from personal training with only 20% of the cost. We've developed a series of group training classes with a strong emphasis on instruction and camaraderie to help you meet your personal fitness goals. Aged to Perfection - This program is designed for those ages 55+ who would like to learn safe and effective ways to incorporate physical activity into their daily life. You can expect improved flexibility and overall functionality. No charge to members. C.S.I. (Cardio Strength Intervals) - This class is a fast paced blend of high intensity cardiovascular & strength training exercises. Perfect for the person who wants to finish their workout in a hurry or get the best results in a short amount of time. It is a 60min. lunchtime class that proves to be different every session so you'll never get bored. Classes meet 2 days/week. The cost is $75/month for members. Teen F.I.T. - Teen Fun in Training is designed to introduce kids (ages 12-16) to cardiovascular exercise and strength training. The main focus of this program is to encourage healthy lifestyle habits at an early age. Although the Fitness Forum is an adult only club, ages 17 and older, we recognize that our members want their kids to be fit as well. This is a seasonal program offered during the summer months. The class meets 2 days/week. The cost is $75/month. Boot Camp- An intensive 8-week, 1-hour, 2-day /week workout. This is a fast- paced routine that incorporates core conditioning, functional training, short distance running, muscular strength and power, jump rope, circuit training, obstacle courses, mat exercises and much more! HOOGHRAAH! The cost is $75/month. Women on Weights - Women who work strength training into their fitness routine, often see amazing results. This program will introduce you to free weights and exercises that are sure to help you tone and tighten those problem areas. The class meets 2 times/week. The cost is $75/month. Pre-registration is
