Women on Weights- a free weight class for women to help them increase their strength and tone their body. SwampFox CrossFit- CrossFit is a strength and conditioning brand which combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training. The program attempts to optimize physical competence by constantly varying the intensity and functional exercises. The results are increased Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. ExecUfit- This is a class offered from 12:30pm- 1:15pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. It is designed for the executive that wants to get a quick and effective muscular strength and endurance workout so they can return to the office re-energized. Rates Members: $42/month or $8/session Nonmembers: $75/month or $12/session (month to month commitment only- usage restricted to personal training classes only) |
